Hub Problems

I was forced, yes forced last October to change my broadband to EE, since then I have had nothing but trouble. I'm waiting for my fourth new hub, these things are rubbish and fail on a very regular basis, if this is the power of the new partnership then I suggest you split up again as sine BT has been with EE it's rubbish and you have not done yourselves any favours joing with this bunch.

I understand customers can go back to BT or should I just go to PlusNet another BT company.

Re: Hub Problems

Little comfort to you but my EE wifi 6 hub works perfectly.

As your only a few months into your contract there will be hefty financial penalties if you left.

Far simpler is to buy a new SH2 or the plusnet equivalent ( both literally the same router) from Ebay and swap them over.

You can pick one up new for around £10.

Re: Hub Problems

@Augusta, what symptoms are you seeing when the routers fail?

I only learn by making mistakes and owning up to them - boy do I learn a lot!
