We have just had thunder and lightening now our hub has no lights and is clicking. Also our landline is not working as it is on digital voice. Can you help ?

The hub may have been damaged with a power surge.
You need to call BT 0800.800.150 and report a fault.

Wouldn't do any harm to unplug it from the mains for 10 minutes or so before trying again. But lightning is quite good at frying modems!
