It shouldn’t be flashing red obviously, but your hub seems to be saying there nothing wrong, so it may be a faulty Hybrid connect.
The only way to know for sure is to simulate a failure by disconnecting the hub from the master socket or ONT cable to see if the Hybrid connect takes over.
Either way, unless it fixes itself, you’re going to need to talk to BT about a replacement I think.
