Since Open Reach did some work along the main road our broadband isn't working anymore. I called BT several times and they have sent several open reach engineers and I always get a message the problem has been fixed which is not the case. We don't have any connection anymore. And BT always gives me knew dates when it will be fixed and it just never happens. Is there anything I can do? It's just not acceptable.
Do you have fibre to your home or fibre to street cab and existing copper to your home?
Do you have a dial tone on phone - provided you don't have digital voice
