Hi, Waited 3 weeks for Install, OR engineer been out and installed CSP/ONT but said Its set to SASA2 not SASA1?
I believe its an exchange issue, Is anyway of getting it escalated as I'm on temp Mini hub that's 2-3mb in my area and team calls & meetings ect are painful let alone the kids battering me for youtube!
Any help would be great as I'm a homeworker.
