Not just the power wire but the actual power brick....
sorry i'm confused, i don't have a power brick? never have done, have smart hub 2, just have one power lead with a big plug attached to it, and then the cable from the master socket into the router
That is what I meant, the big plug.
Perhaps the power socket that the hub plugs into is faulty, try plugging a lamp into it and check for flickering
Might be worth investing in a surge protection extension lead.
i've had one still not solved the issue
our internet drops every night at 9.30pm, normally when we are watching netflix, i’m guessing it’s the streetlights ??
