My Internet in the LE2 area has been down since about 7pm. Anyone else have this problem? Can't reach anyone as the call centre is shut.
You can report a fault on MyBT which will run a check on your line to check for the problem.
Check the status of service in your area

Hi @MoSheikh4135,
Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you had a fault with your service. Did you manage to get this sorted?
If you need help, please post back and I'd be more than happy to take a look at this for you.
I have sent you a private message with instructions on how to contact the team. You can access your messages via the envelope icon at the top right of the screen, or click on this link, Private messages
Thanks,
Paddy
No resolution yet. Seems like I'm having to beg, borrow and steal to get my connection back up. I've been told "we'll try and get you back up and running by the end of Friday". So no Internet for about 100 hours is OK apparently. The WiFi is down at my parents, it's used for controlling the lights, the heating, security cameras for the kids to make sure neither parent has a fall, hourly heart rate readings which are sent directly to the GP and all of the entertainment. Having told BT this they said we'll raise a form but it may get rejected but wait 24 hours and we'll let you know what we can do. Its a joke. But what can I do?! I'm literally at the mercy of whoever answers my call at the call centre.
