Hi there I'm still having a number of problems even after the engineers have been out fixed the issues of the internet dropping but now I'm stuck at half speeds . I think I need an ip reset if at all possible
Can you post your hub stats if sh2 then go to hub manager/advanced settings/technical log/inforrmation
I normally get around 39 download and around 5 upload cheers
There is nothing in the stats you posted which suggests you can get any faster connection and with noise margin down at 2.9db you are already getting a boost as normal noise margin is 6db
