Is there a way that my copper line can be entirely removed?

I have stopped using my VDSL line as there are numerous problems which can not be resolved. I've asked for it to be replaced, but the copper is not bad. So I asked them to make the speed better since I'm receiving poor speed (27/10  instead of 80/20). They said that they can't. It's just one massive loop. So I swapped to 5g broadband until Full Fibre is being installed (even though there's no plans) and I would like to have my entire line removed. Internal and External (including the line from the cabinet to my house, and the internal wiring (extensions and master socket)). Would this be something that Openreach can do?

I doubt Openreach will remove the outside line without sending a large bill to you. As regards the internal wiring, everything after the Master socket is yours to do with as you wish.

The cable from the cabinet to the curtilage of your property is in public land and you ( obviously ) have no ‘right’ to ask for it to be removed, as stated anything from after the master socket is yours to do with as you wish , the master socket is strictly no your property but if you never intend to have service over it , if you remove it no one will know , any ‘wire’ from the curtilage to your house ( overhead or underground ) won’t be removed simply because you don’t want it there .
