Line profile stuck on 55/10

Hi,

My line seems to be stuck at 55/10 since switching to fiber 2. How do I get this reset to 80/20?

Regards Steve

Are you sure your line is capable of Fibre2 speeds? Can you please post a screenshot of your hub connection stats and the results of the checker https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

Re: Line profile stuck on 55/10

you need to phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile as you have obviously been put on fibre 1 instead of fibre 2 by mistake

check MYBT and make sure package shows as fibre 2
