I've checked online with the area fibre checker and all surrounding houses has full fibre available but when i put my house number i can only get fibre to the cabinet
I'm struggling to find who i need to talk to about this

Have you checked your address agrees with royal mail database? Which ISP currently provides your broadband?

Yes my address is on the Royal Mail database. I'm with EE
I know this isn't an ISP problem, but i cannot for the life of me find a way of getting in touch with Openreach
You can try this and saying all your neighbours have access to fibre but you don't. You cannot phone openreach. As an EE customer you can try and get EE to raise and ORDI with openreach to make sure your address is correct on openreach database
