You're not alone bunny - I had my full fibre installed yesterday, apart from the shoddy/sketchy work (see photos) the engineer basically lied to me when I asked if he was going to remove the copper wire from the telegraph pole which is attached to my house and take away the old internal box etc. - he said that was for BT engineers to do and not Kelly (the subcontractors) - BT says the engineer should have taken away the old equipment. Anyway, shocking install!!!
