Thanks for all the replies guys it’s greatly appreciated but so far no luck. Was hoping it was possible to fix it on my side but an engineer comes out on Thursday and that might be the only way to sort it.
Maybe have a look at Facebook Markeplace & see if you can pick up another SH2 locally for a few quid. If that fixes it then you don't have to wait until Thursday & if it doesn't, you can relist it or keep it as a spare for next time.
Similar issue for myself, tried all the resets, still no joy, have logged with BT and engineer on Thursday, not ideal when meant to be home working Wednesday onwards
