Hi please i received many email from BT about my reward card but when I clicked on activate your reward card still showing thank you for your patience so can you help me

I try but  stay this

@Lszamkova  Yes, it has been like that for more than a few days. I’m guessing you’ll just have to be patient until BT make it available once again.

You must be out of your 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.

Hi,

I have a similar issue, I claimed my card, it said on the way. They sent me an email to track the card, but it just redirect to the bt homepage. I called the helpline and have not been able to resolve the issue. I was asked to claim again but the button available in the website does not work. it's just an image and no hyperlink has been linked to it.

Could you kindly help ?

BT Reward card

Hi,

I purchased a new BT connections and a £150 reward card was offered to claim. I claimed it after 14 day cool off period and had received an email providing a link to track my card on 24-09-2025. The link directs to bt home page and no tracking or mentioning of the bt rewards available in both website and the app. 

I contacted the phone helpline was unable to resolve this and asked me to try claiming again.

I went to the link provided and even tried directly searching and accessing via google and when I click claim button in the website, there is no hyperlink associated with the claim button provided and t's just an image there.

I am sincerely frustrated with this because everything I try leads me to a dead end with amateur absurd technical shortcomings.

Could someone help me resolve this and access my card please?
