Over the past few weeks my home broadband has been suffering huge drops in speed, only the download speed has suffered and the upload is still fine. After doing as many tests as I can at home, and doing a bit of research online, I’m wondering if there is any way to check the status of the SVLAN at my exchange, I’m connected to the Leamore exchange. Any speed test done outside of logging in to MyBt is coming in at sub 3/sec, and it’s making any real use of the broadband impossible.
