Morning,
I've come down this morning to find the hub light is solid orange. I've tried turning it off, leaving it for a little then turning it back on but it still just settles on solid orange.
I've checked and there's no known issues for broadband in our area.
It appears to have been working as shows we had recording at about 4/5am have recorded on Sky and emails came through just before 7am
We currently have no landline either as the phone is through the internet ♀️ (not sure where that symbol has come from, supposed to be something else!)
Is there anything I can try?
Have you tried a factory reset of the router by pressing reset button on back and holding 20/30 secs until hub lights flash
are you on FTTC or FTTP?
