Upload Speed

Had Full Fibre 900 installed yesterday. Getting over 900 down and 50 up. Spoke to BT this morning, I have her Name if needed. Did not seem interested and stated the upload speed is only guaranteed at 10 mps. I am very unhappy any help please. The sales  pitch was 100 mps upload. Thanking you advance  Regards

The hub should update within 72 hrs and give you full speed. If it doesn't then post back and a mod will resolve for you.
