Voneus Broadband causing outages on the Openreach Network

These bunch of cowboys are all over Potton at the moment putting in their dodgy FTTP infrastructure and also causing the broadband to drop for a couple of hours each morning, latest reports are they are pushing fibre down some of the main conduits in the town and whatever they are doing is disturbing the current lines if not damaging them.

How can get Openreach to check what ever they are doing  as we had a good stable connection via FTTC before this bunch of hooligans arrived?

Re: Voneus Broadband causing outages on the Openreach Network

you cannot contact openreach direct but need to report your connection problems to your ISP.  there is no connection from this forum to openreach

Re: Voneus Broadband causing outages on the Openreach Network

BT customer services got Openreach to check my line earlier today although working  a slight fault on line he suspects Voneus Broadband have been messing around in the cabinet it is not uncommon that these all of these new ISP's stamp all over the openreach fibre during access and mess with the terminations.

How can Voneus mess around in a cabinet they have no access to? FTTP has no connection with cabinets even Openreach FTTP.

Openreach cabinets can only be accessed by Openreach engineers.
