u sure ? i thought that was only for line profiles ? even the call agents cant get DLM resets done anymore ... i wonder if openreach took away permissions again ;(

I've not read any of your previous threads but I think we're very short on info about your setup which may help us.
So hardwired or wifi , if hardwired what cable spec and is it direct from the home hub (which model) or via a switch and if so what make & model.
What console & what game(s) is your problem with?
Just you playing or multiple users in the household eg kids streaming video etc.
Other products in use like BT TV , Sky Q etc.

I have absolutely no idea what you are expecting the mods to do, your line stats are perfect. A DLM reset will change nothing.
im wanting the profile on the line reset . On paper everything looks correct and great . For gaming its shocking . Been a solid second behind all the time is no fun .
No idea if this makes any difference, but you have Full Fibre mode set to ON, but I think you have a DSL connection?
