There is no availability date from Openreach in my area at all. Just a hint at 2026 lol. So why BT have kept deliberately misleading me I really don't know? Trading standards next port of call I suppose?

Yep, I should have dumped them 3 years ago really, but unfortunately two close bereavements rather took my focus of the matter in hand.

Do you have it in writing the time scale in which BT stated that FTTP will be installed to your property?

Please keep us updated how you get on with Trading Standards although I suspect I know what the out come will be.

Could be worse at least its not chaining 6 ISDN lines together for a video conference.
