Wrong Ip Profile? Fibre1 running at 2mbps!

Hi

My Fiber1 has been playing up for the last couple of weeks...i used to get 20mbps (i know - its slow...i live 2 miles from the cabinet - and BT refuse to help me connect to the Cabinet that is 6m from my house thats apparently only for new builds but thats a whole other topic), but recently get around 10mbps  and tonight its about 2mbps!

Running a test - seems my IP Profile is just 3mbps?

Can the Mods take a look please - as said, the service has been getting worse and worse for a few weeks, and turns off/on at least once per day

We used to get about 20mbps+.....

Do you have a calls package able to make and receive calls?  If so do you have a dial tone?

have dial tone but very crackly - rain getting inside line

Report a noisy phone line, as that is the cause of the slow broadband.

Once the phone line is fixed, the broadband will recover.

An addition to @Keith_Beddoe's advice is to NOT mention broadband , just the noisy line.
