I can’t upgrade my broadband as my postcode is failing. When I’ve logged in to my account I see I have two accounts both at my old address but my broadband is definitely live at my new address. Which team do I contact to resolve that?

Is your current broadband a Full Fibre connection or a Fibre To The Cabinet connection?
