Ive recently moved from EE to Bt broadband. My partner and I both have samsung mobiles. Since swithing our phones have trouble using apps on our phones and have to switch to data to use apps. We are both connected to wifi but not able to use apps or play games unless we swicth to data. My laptop and tablets work fine so does the tv and cctv cameras. Anybody got any ideas. Weve tried rebooting the router, restting network settings on phones and called Bt many times with no help. Im already up to my data allowance on phone and only been with BT for 2 weeks. Any help greatly appreciated. Even the BT app does not load
The only thing I can think of that could potentially block this kind of activity is parental controls. Log in MyBT and check your settings there.
