Cant find any support at this hour even though its a national company, no support email either no idea why not?
Your router just decided to start flashing purple while i was working, crashed for about 18 mins cost me approx 90£ and then came back on full green, been a customer on and off for 20 years not sure i can trust this unlimited service anymore, do i just cancel and move to virgin media or is there a way to claim compensation and get an explanation?
