Can a moderator uncap my upload speed? on the 900 package and capped at 50 upload right now and moderators on here used to uncap it for me

The mods no longer have account access like previously so you need to phone CS 03301234150 to get package speed corrected

thats great because the people on the phone or live chat have absolutely no idea and tell me they only guarantee download speeds

I have asked mods to see if they can put you in contact with someone who can reset your broadband package so you get correct up connection speed
