Replaced partners mobile for a 5g one, the sim appears not to be 5g enabled as the settings etc are all correct on the iPhone.
The sim is probably the original one we had when BT mobile launched so must be 7+ years old now.
Anyone confirm this? And is there a link I can order a new SIM without having to call up.

Hi @wenklaw welcome back to the community and thanks for posting, have you re-contracted the BT mobile plan since September 2020? Plans sold before this date didn't include 5G.
If you have the plan should have 5G included but you might need to replace the sim, you can order one online at www.bt.comreplacesim >

Hi @wenklaw, sorry that you can't order a replacement sim online. You'll need to call in and speak with the Mobile team who'll arrange it for you on 0330 1234 150.
