Mad! Just tried myself, and yep- they're not accepting support calls... as well as not acknowledging the issue at all, really not top notch.
Thanks for the confirmations. At least we know it is a wider problem. I hope someone from BT can post a reply on this thread with an update and solution soon.
IIRC, the last time this happened there was little response or acknowledgement from BT, it just started working again. But I think that needed a phone reboot/airplane toggle.

Yes, we have 4 phones on family mobile with BT and none can access data today since this morning. Can't see any notifications or acknowledgements from BT of a problem. Have seen that wait times are lengthy and that in fact they aren't taking calls at all. Disgraceful treatment of customers.
This is shocking. I've searched the Internet and no mention of outage anywhere at all
Same issue in London SE23 - briefly came back on a few minutes ago, but gone again.
Same, had it back just enough to send a few messages in WhatsApp or receive, but nothing else (email/browser/other message app) works yet and it seems to be coming/going.
