Anyone else lost mobile data access this morning?

Can make / receive phone calls and send / receive SMS, but all mobile data comms are stopped. Constant throughout my journey into London. However work mobile on EE works fine.

Have turned phone off and on again but no joy. Now on WiFi at work so checked My BT - nothing has changed with my services on my account.

OK - sharing is good though as it shows it is likely to be a general fault with BT mobile accounts rather than our individual accounts.

As I say it isn’t a mobile access network problem as BT uses the EE network and mobile data is working fine on that.

Mobile data has been off for at least 1.5 hours now.

Downdetector is your friend. That website seems to indicate problems since 7am.

I may have missed it but I cannot find any sort of status page for BT Mobile that would confirm to users whether there are any active problems on the network.

Cynic in me wonders whether this is ‘encouragement’ for us to move to EE…..

Hi,

Yes same issue since 6: 30 am in the morning, had to pay even for the bus as I couldn't access my pass on the app. Frustrating but I am glad it is not only me....I tried switching off the phone, changing settings.

No news from BT, so I am only checking the 'downdetector' website.
