I added an extra 10Gb add on last month, order went through instantly on a 30 day contract. Now trying to cancel as not needed anymore and order just sits there pending. Will it ever get picked up or will I be charged the extra for evermore?
Hi @MartinP2, sorry you're having a problem cancelling the Add on. It may be that the case that the order is pending as you are cancelling before the 30 days are up. The order is future dated till the end of the 30 days? If not then you would be best to call and speak with the BT Mobile team on 0330 1234 150 and they'll check this for you.
