So in my BT account - I get my EE sim only mobile offer - all fine.
When I select a SIM, it transfers me to the EE site. It then asks if I'm already an EE customer - I log in and... the sim is gone.
Am I missing something obvious?
Nope it's the flaky BT system.
If you are still looking all you need to do is use the Mobile drop down on the blue banner at the top of the page - select SIM only deals then select which plan you want and you get the EE page for one you have chosen - just enter your details and it should work hopefully. I can't say it will as I haven't got EE,
So the trick is - don't log into your pre-existing EE account - just set it up as a guest customer and it processes - any attempt to log-in will end up with more expensive EE contracts being presented.
