hi, i have a family sim deal and want to delete one of the sims, as no longer needed, and there is no information at all on how to do this

Hi, @333andrew welcome to the community and thanks for posting. You'll need to speak with the loyalty team on 0800 783 1401 to cancel a sim, I'm sorry this can't be done online.
