Anyone experienced the very odd advice offered when you are logged into your BT Account: “Help & Support > Mobile > Going Abroad”, and under “Costs” it just directs you to two questions about installing broadband or landlines??? - nothing about the costs of using your mobile abroad.

How do I use BT Mobile abroad? | BT Help should help but be advised that it also links to a page which, at first sight, appears to be irrelevant, you need to scroll down it to get to the relevant bits
