Not long been with BT and my mobile is only connecting half the time. It states it’s connected to WiFi but won’t load pages or apps, I’ve used most of my mobile data this month (which I never do!) because BT WiFi just isn’t actually connecting fully to my phone. Reset the hub lots, no difference?!

What Wi-Fi service does your phone says it is connected to?
It states it’s connected to my internet but pages just lock up & freeze & only when I turn WiFi off do pages load through on my mobile connection?
if at home are you connecting to your hub SSID with wifi password or are you trying to connect to BTWIFI which needs your BTID and password to login
It shows it’s connected but it just isn’t connecting or downloading pages?
I have entered the passcode & password to set it up, worked okay possible for awhile but now downloading anything via WiFi?
sorry just saying connected is little help which network is your mobile connecting to - BTWIF needing your BTID and password or your actual hub which will the hub name as your network connection and need your wireless password
It could be connecting to BT WiFi by default which is the portion of your bandwidth available for public use.
When you select your network, match the one with the same hub id and use the password that should be on the back of your hub
It’s by WiFi was set up with id & password but shouldn’t need to do it again?
It is my only WiFi at home so defaults but just not connecting properly in just my iPhone? 🥲
