My Daughter has a Samsung A02S and it was working fine on her BT mobile. All of a sudden she gets no service intermittently and then last night it said it didn't recognise her sim.
We have switched on and off, removed the sim and re-inserted and still not sorted the problem.
Any advice or solutions please ?
