<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
I have 4G Broadband and the Parental Control is permanently on, When I check my account is is shown as not selected ( ie OFF). I have contacted BT a number of times and been told this will be sorted, It never has been! Any suggestions please?
