I am sort of in the same situation.
I have two accounts - one is current open and one is old closed account. When I first log in, it shows me "MyBT" which has my old closed account. Then I click on Billings so I can change to current open account but then when I click back to "MyBT" it reverts back to the closed one meaning I can't change any settings on my current open account.
Could someone get in touch please so we can try and sort it out?
