SIM only deal problems

Trying to take advantage of the 10GB for £9 per month SIM only deal but when this is selected it goes to an EE page for further processing and is asking for a PAC code even though I am already with EE and have already specified this.

I think it’s intended for new customers. Have you logged into your EE account to see if the deal is available that way? May need to contact EE otherwise to see what options are available
