What a nightmare tried ringing three times each time on hold for 20 minutes then trying to explain I want to end the contract and the phone going dead how can this be done please help

to cancel you need to phone CS 03301234150 you cannot cancel online
I have rung that number 3 times and each time get nowhere always on hold for twenty minutes then get through for it to go off
sorry but you just need to persevere with CS maybe try different time
are you moving to a new mobile provider?
No I am out of contract and just want to leave I have tried calling on three different occasions and the same thing happens even different days and times

If you have a BT mobile could you try calling 150, does the same happen?
