Unable to make advanced settings changes.

I have 4 sims under one account, I have been able to make changes to all of them (spend limit roaming etc) except for the main sim on the account. 
The settings are always greyed out with the following message. 

“we’re just updating your account”

”if you want to make any changes, please wait 30 mins and try again”

 

Obviously I have waited (many days now) and it still won’t let me make changes.

any ideas ?

Hi @Buncy, sorry you're not able to manage one of your BT Mobiles online. If you're unable to wait a few days longer then it would be best to give the Mobile team a call on 0330 1234 150. 
If you are able to wait a few days and need our help just let me know.

So the fault is still apparent, I’m in no rush to fix the issue but would like it resolved.
