Voicemail issue

Hi

I have two voicemail messages on the phone (no. 2 beneath the cassette symbol) when I press the green cassette button or dial 1571 the phone goes to a continuous tone.

I would like to hear these two messages, plus listen to a recently received one again.

Any guidance would be much appreciated

Just tried accessing voicemail on my mobile and my landline. Both are working now.
