Hi I am having problems signing up for BT TV App Extra. I’ve tried phoning BT and logged into my account but it keeps telling me to phone about it. I phoned and they said you have to do it online. Just seems like I’m going round in circles here. Can anyone help please?
Hi @BigKen Can you confirm which TV package you have - is it one of the newer flexible (Now TV) packages , Classic Entertainment or is it one of the legacy TV packages ?
