We recently discovered that our website (https://app.wavecnct.com/) has been blocked by BT Group. As a result, customers using BT as their internet service provider are currently unable to access our site.
I can access your site https://wavecnct.com/
However the buttons to "login" and "Get started" in your menu bar along with the "Get Started" button on the Home page beside the "Teams" button are not working.
All other buttons through out your website appear to work so it may be that your problem is with your website links.

It actually seems that only our app (https://app.wavecnct.com/) is affected and not our main website (https://wavecnct.com/).
The "Login" and "Get Started" buttons are redirecting to the app. You can try accessing the app using a VPN and it should load properly, and the buttons should work as expected

I have heard back from our team to confirm there is no block on the app site. Can you confirm is the issue still happening or are the affected users able to connect now?

I have just checked the link that the OP posted in message one and I can get to the site now so it would appear to be working.
