I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help by asking the appropriate department to look out for your email.

They are very busy at present so it can take up to 24 hours for them to contact you. They will do this by posting on this thread.

Hi, @JJsHomeFurniture I've had a response back to say the categorisation team picked up your emails yesterday. They've changed the filters to fix this so the block should no longer be in place.
