We have an unresolved issue and the complaint has been closed, even though the Internet is still not working. Having made multiple lengthy calls over several weeks we don't want to spend any more time calling g. I can not find an email address. Is there an email address for customer services or the complaints department?

Actually the email address is banned from being put here in these forums, but if you google BT Complaints Code of Practice you will eventually find it.
The mail address is not permitted here because it would lead to I expect them being bombarded without proper process being observed, or just spammed.
