Complement for two customer service staff

I want to pass on two complements for 2 customer service staff I have just spoken too. Both were extremely helpful in (1), getting me a better broadband deal for 24 months and (2), arranging an engineer site visit to sort a fault out. The level of kindness, help and understanding was first class. They listened to me, explained things so clearly, great comms⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
