Why is it impossible to speak to customer services, been waiting on phone for 20 minutes so far. The website appears down, I’m now thinking of cancelling all my BT contracts.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

What issue are you trying to contact them about, what category?

Hi, thanks for your reply, I have now got through to them after a 25 minute wait and resolved my issue. Have a good day.
