IS IT REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PHONE GENERAL ENQUIRES AND HEAR THE MESSAGE 'YOUR CALL WILL BE ANSWERED ASAP' AND THEN AFTER 6-8 MINUTES THE PHONE RINGS BUT YOU ARE CUT OFF IMMEDIATELY.
