How do I check if my letter of complaint has been received at PO Box 334?

After getting nowhere via text, chat or phone regarding an account issue, I wrote a letter of complaint to Customer Services in Sheffield and posted it as "signed for" next day delivery . The tracking record(4 working days later) shows no delivery to date and not signed for. I have tried calling the help number but despite the message offering the opportunity to talk I was put through to a series of options, none of which met my requirements, not even offering an online chat. The whole process of trying to resolve an issue which has bee continuing for months has been absolutely soul destroying.

Any helpful suggestions welcomed!

@Discobolus  The time it takes for a response will often depend on when you posted. From date of posting, you should expect to probably wait at least 28 days for a response.

As for 'Signed for delivery' Well from experience of getting signed for tracking, I haven't signed for anything, the post person delivering signs for it as delivered on their PDA, so probably if it has been delivered, it won't have been signed for by any employee at the receiving end, just the Postie who delivered it.

Hi @Discobolus 

Welcome to the community.

Complaints are handled in accordance with our complaints code of practice. The letter would be received, sorted and replied to, but it would take a bit longer than if you were to email the address on the link I posted above. You could also call one of the contact numbers on there to speak to someone who can raise a complaint over the phone.

If you give us a little more information around the complaint, we may be able to give you some advice here too.
