I received an email this morning from a Keith Mair asking me to act on on the email.

It stated....

An important message was sent to you from -BT-89238 team.

Download file & follow verification process.

BT E-Mail Administration.

An attachment BT User pdf.....

I wouldn't download but warning others may stop someone downloading this possible virus!!

@teakbank12 Thanks for your post, thats almost certainly is a scam. If you haven't already can you forward the email to abuse@bt.com so we can investigate?
