Leave positive feedback

I’d very much like to leave some positive feedback for BT and staff who helped resolve a recent issue.  I’ve seen many posts on this topic and the response is usually to have a mod PM the OP. Can I request the same, please?

After my many engagements with BT public facing staff they normally send you a text giving you the opportunity to leave feedback.
